The Project Manager will be at the forefront of our project delivery efforts. The role involves orchestrating and overseeing projects from inception to successful completion, in alignment with client objectives and timelines. Your proficiency in project management, coupled with effective communication, will be instrumental in driving the success of our initiatives.
Collaborate with employees/clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and client expectations.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Maintain transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and resource utilization.
Effectively handle change requests, assessing their impact on scope and schedule.
Conduct regular post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvements.
Foster strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
High degree of detail orientation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under pressure.
Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional service.

Experience working in the office technology industry is a plus

This is a full-time position, with days and hours of work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel between company and client sites is expected.
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strict attention to detail, highly organized.
Able to work in a fast paced environment, balance priorities, learn quickly, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Good communication and people skills.
Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines, and procedures
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and co-workers.
Skilled in preparing and maintaining records.
PMP certified.
Valid state driver’s License and an operable vehicle.
